たまにマントとフードをかぶった

買出しに来るんですが……

folks in cloaks and hoods come
to our town to get supplies...

どうにも気味が悪くて、
ほとんど交流はないんです

But they're quite creepy, to be honest.
Our town doesn't deal with them much.
